Account details

The account page shows which sign-in options are available. Wabba asks for your country and age group before collecting contact details. You must provide both an email address and phone number, but verifying either one is enough to enter Wabba. Both contacts must be verified before earning rewards. An unverified contact cannot be used to sign in or recover an account.

Optional Google sign-in

If you choose Google, Google shares your email address and a stable account identifier with Wabba. Wabba does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages, Drive files, or contacts. When Google establishes current ownership of your email, it can satisfy verification for a new account; you must still provide a phone number. Otherwise, choose an email or SMS code. Connecting Google to an existing Wabba account requires additional proof of a previously verified contact. Matching emails alone do not merge accounts. Returning users can sign in with their linked Google account.

Verification and storage

Wabba uses Twilio Verify to deliver and check phone codes. Email codes use its SendGrid integration when that option is enabled. The contact you choose to verify is shared with the relevant verification service. Wabba stores contact details encrypted, their verification status and dates, your accepted privacy-notice version, and game connection requests in its account database. A phone code confirms access to a number; it does not establish a person’s identity.

Sessions and your choices

Essential, secure cookies keep verification in progress and keep you signed in for up to one day. Signing out ends that session. Google sign-in uses a short-lived, browser-bound request that expires after 15 minutes. Temporary data in your current browser tab preserves your game connection request while you visit Google; it expires after 15 minutes and is removed when you return. This website does not store contact details in browser storage or add advertising trackers. Account verification does not subscribe you to marketing.

What games receive

Games receive a player ID scoped to that game and the connection, match and eligibility information needed to run the integration. Wabba does not send your email or phone number to games. These IDs are pseudonymous, not anonymous: Wabba can associate them with your account. A connection becomes confirmed only when the game completes its integration.

Coins and welcome offers

Wabba keeps a server-side record of earned coins, funding reservations, accepted offer terms and gift-card requests. To prevent repeated welcome claims, Wabba stores keyed fingerprints derived from verified email and phone records, separately from the details shown to games. These fingerprints are still personal data and remain linked to your claim. Repeated requests do not create new credit. Welcome credit is locked until the offer’s earning conditions are met; signing up or winning does not guarantee a gift card.

Gift-card delivery and retention

A gift-card request reserves coins for review. It is marked fulfilled only after delivery is confirmed, with an encrypted provider order reference retained for reconciliation. Wabba does not store gift-card redemption codes in this flow. Any fulfillment provider and the details it requires must be disclosed in the offer before it opens. Account, reward, fraud-prevention and audit records are currently retained; signing out does not delete them. Self-service account deletion is not yet available.

Website delivery

The hosting service processes requests to serve pages and artwork. Technical logs may include your IP address, browser information, and requested pages.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits. We remove query parameters and URL fragments from recorded page URLs and do not send account form entries as analytics events.

The account page shows current sign-in availability. Available sign-in methods, game integrations and reward offers can change.
